Specs: 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths. We will have a Living room, Dining room, Family room, Laundry Room (on 2nd floor) Kitchen and Breakfast nook. We will have a one car garage and an attic on a little over a half acre of land. Our home comes with all new appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave: The incentives for buying the house was getting a new washer/dryer and $4,000 towards our closing costs) We fortunately do not have anyone behind our lot. We are located on 209 Donegal Lane (end of a cul de sac) in a development called Eireann Mhor.
