The SBY BBS project:

Here  are some pictures of the BBS, this is the radio and TNC as it appears today.

The radio is a Motorola Mitrek running at forty watts , I used a old cabinet from some trunking  base station. nice box and power supply. the TNC is a Kam pulse with VHF and HF port. because I don't do any HF work it was a good choice for hear.

The site is the WSBY transmitter site in Eden Maryland, just south of Salisbury. in the front of the picture is a Harris Z-five 5Kw transmitter, with a 5Kw QEI as a backup transmitter, and the BBS in the background.
